TLC, Tasty Little Confections, started in 2017 as a mere dream to bring Tender Loving Care back to baked goods. Now as of 2023, TLC remains in development to become a home away from home for any and all people, offering hand-crafted tasty little confections of all kinds and an experience worth coming back for. While some aspects have gone back to the drawing board, the passion remains and we hope to document it all here.  Read on and enjoy!
